For those who itemize on their taxes, according to Katie at the Hawks Nest office, the portion of your 2009 maintenance fee that is attributable to property tax is $56.03 per week.  This may or may not be deductible for you.  Check with your tax preparer.

For what it’s worth, this is an increase of nearly 41% over last year.
